Fujita (China) Construction Co., Ltd. is solely owned by Fujita Corporation, which is a Japanese construction company with almost one hundred years history.

Fujita started its investment projects in Beijing in 1986 and from this point, continued to expand its operational scale and business areas. After entering WTO, China opened up the building construction business to foreign companies. In Oct. 2003, Fujita (China) was officially founded and obtained a first class certificate in the project management of construction works for buildings, as well as an ISO 9001:2000 certificate. To date, as a foreign general contractor, Fujita (China) has successfully completed various major construction projects, many of which have investment from renowned international enterprises in China.

Improving well-being by creating a balanced ecological, social and urban environment is a primary objective at Fujita. Fujita puts great emphasis on the research and development of environmental protection technology and is leading in areas such as air purification, energy efficiency, noise reduction, shock resistance and seismic isolation particularly the “Photo-Road system with photocatalyst to purify air pollution” and the “Atomosphere purification system using soil”, which are both leading environmental technologies in Japan.
